Terms of Service
Terms for using the Roleplay workbench and included CLI.
These terms describe how customers may use Roleplay, a paid product operated by MARAM TECH VENTURES LTD.
Service
Roleplay provides a paid workbench for testing AI agents against social-engineering failures. Builder and Team access, pricing, and subscription state are shown during Stripe checkout and in the billing area.
Included Runner
The included CLI runs tests in your environment. You are responsible for the agents, targets, prompts, provider keys, local artifacts, CI systems, and connected tools you choose to test.
Authorized Testing
Use Roleplay only for defensive testing of systems you own, operate, or are authorized to assess. Do not use Roleplay to target third-party systems, extract secrets, commit fraud, or support unauthorized access.
Attack Packs
Private attack packs are licensed for use through the Roleplay workbench and included runner. They are not sold as public prompt libraries or reusable scenario assets outside your Roleplay access.
Workspace Access
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for invited members, roles, project API keys, upload policy, and any activity performed from their workspace or CI environment.
Security Workflow
Findings, exploit proof, fix verification, scheduled monitoring, CI gates, and Agent Risk Profile are decision-support tools. They help you review risk, but they do not guarantee that an agent is secure or compliant.
Sensitive Data
Do not upload real customer data, secrets, regulated data, or confidential material unless your policies and legal agreements allow it. Sanitized finding uploads are the default workflow; full transcript upload is off by default.
Third Parties
Roleplay uses Stripe for billing, AWS SES for transactional email, your selected model providers for adaptive runs, and cookie-based services only where optional cookies are enabled with consent.
Availability
Product availability, support terms, service levels, and enterprise commitments are governed by the subscription, checkout terms, or written agreement in place for your workspace.
